State aircraft are available to State Agencies by request on a 'first come, first serve' basis. State aircraft will only be used in circumstances where the best interest of the state is served. All flights are subject to approval by the Director of Aviation.
We recommend that the Requesting Agency contact the Flight Scheduler at (304) 558-0403 to inquire if an aircraft is available for requested date/s and receive a flight quote. Once determined, the Requesting Agency is required to complete the Flight Request Form and submit to our office at least 48 hours prior to departure. The Flight Request Form requires the approval signature of the Agency Appointing Authority. The Flight Scheduler will email the Requesting Agency Contact with the Flight Itinerary when confirmed.
